This contract provides permanent recruitment advertising services for the Defra group, supporting the government's hiring needs across multiple departments. The service includes: Campaign Attraction - delivering day-to-day recruitment advertising solutions using market intelligence to identify the best channels for reaching candidates while ensuring value for money and promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all advertising and candidate pool development. Brand Development & Candidate Experience - providing expert guidance on modern attraction methods, candidate application processes, and engagement strategies for passive candidates, including creation of recruitment landing pages with approved media and copy. Management Information - delivering detailed campaign reporting including financial spend and savings analysis, media performance metrics (click-through rates, geographical and diversity data), cost-per-hire calculations, and recommendations for future campaigns. The supplier will also provide Sift and Assessment Services in accordance with agreed Civil Service practices. Creative solutions are encouraged to support wider government initiatives including Levelling Up and Civil Service Reform.
