    This opportunity invites qualified service providers to deliver housing-related support services for young people aged 16-24 (up to 24 if care experienced) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Key Requirements: - Ofsted registration required with registered services to host the delivery - Proven track record in providing supported short-term accommodation and emergency temporary accommodation - Support for young people with complex needs, including mild learning disabilities, high functioning autism, and complex trauma - Services for young people involved in the criminal justice system - Coordination with statutory services - Person-centred approaches enabling young people to set and achieve goals - Support to obtain and sustain independent accommodation - Innovative and flexible service delivery Responsibilities: The provider must maintain comprehensive records including unit availability and occupancy, admission and departure dates, reasons for service exit (planned, unplanned, or enforcement-related), and move-on destinations where known.
