Purchase of KIA Sportage PHEV AWD Vehicles for Coastguard

The Coastguard seeks to purchase 5 KIA Sportage PHEV AWD vehicles to enhance operational capability for its officers. These all-wheel drive SUV vehicles will support both personnel transport and equipment carrying, critical functions for Coastguard and Maritime Officers who frequently transition between administrative and emergency response duties. The all-wheel drive configuration provides cost-effective capability across varied terrain and weather conditions while maintaining flexibility for customization to different operational roles. This procurement is facilitated through the Government Commercial Agency Purchase of Standard and Specialist Vehicles framework agreement (RM6244).
