HVAC and Air Conditioning Chiller Servicing and Maintenance Services

Kingston University seeks a service provider to deliver comprehensive servicing and maintenance of chiller (HVAC) and air conditioning units under a formal Service Level Agreement. The contract will include: (1) Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) consisting of routine servicing, inspections, and testing on an agreed schedule in compliance with statutory obligations, British Standards, risk assessments, and manufacturer recommendations; (2) Reactive Maintenance providing 24/7 call-out service with on-site response according to set priorities, including emergency out-of-hours support to diagnose faults, make systems safe, and complete repairs; (3) Planned Maintenance and Minor Works for repairs and upgrades identified through PPM and reactive visits, plus modifications, installations, and other requested assistance; and (4) Asset and Condition Appraisal involving annual system verification and condition reviews to recommend lifecycle renewal strategies and maintenance priorities. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining optimal operation of the University's HVAC infrastructure while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
