    The Council is seeking a service provider to deliver supported accommodation for looked-after children and young people leaving care, ages 16 and above. The contract requires: 16 bed units with 24/7 staffed support (10 support hours per person per week included) and 25 bed units with floating support (3 support hours per person per week included), totaling 41 beds across 8-9 properties. At least 80% of beds must be located within the Borough, with the remaining 20% allowed within a 6-mile radius of Civic Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath DA6 7AT (south side of River Thames, measured via Google Maps). All beds must be operational and available from the contract start date.
