External Re-rendering Works for Trebanos Community Hall

Pontardawe Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from qualified contractors for external re-rendering work on Trebanos Community Hall, covering the sides and back of the building. The scope of work includes: removal of defective external render, preparation of the building surface, application of a new external render system, and completion of associated finishing work. This project is contingent upon securing external grant funding. The Council reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel this procurement if funding is not obtained. Tenderers should note that the Council will not be liable for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a tender.
