Printing Services Contract for Gloucestershire Elections

Six district-level local authorities in Gloucestershire (Cotswold District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Stroud District Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council, and Gloucester City Council) are seeking a printing supplier for all election and electoral registration materials. Cotswold District Council will act as the lead authority and manage the procurement and contract on behalf of all six councils. The contract covers two service areas: election printing and electoral registration printing, with all services subject to legislative requirements. The contract will run for 3 years starting 31 January 2027, with options to extend for up to an additional 4 years (2+1+1). This replaces the existing printing contract which expires in January 2027. Suppliers should have experience delivering large-scale election and registration printing services that comply with electoral legislation.
