    Brief

PfH Cymru (Procurement for Housing Wales) is establishing a framework agreement to support decarbonisation, retrofit, and planned housing works across Wales. This framework is open to suppliers offering services in renewable energy, insulation, heat pumps, full retrofit projects, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, doors, and comprehensive property upgrades. The framework comprises 12 lots divided across two Welsh regions, with suppliers able to bid for multiple lots and regions but limited to one value band per lot pair. The anticipated number of suppliers per lot and region is detailed in the procurement documentation. PfH, a national procurement consortium established in 2004, represents over 90% of the UK's social housing stock through members including the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing, and HouseMark. PfH operates as a contracting authority under the Procurement Act 2023. For more information, visit www.pfh.co.uk.
