Review of Training Provisions and Gaps in Alternative Safety Assessment Methods

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is conducting a review of training provisions and identifying gaps in the development and application of alternative methods in safety assessment. This procurement follows a limited competition exercise and is being concluded with a selected contractor. The review aims to evaluate current training offerings, identify skill gaps, and assess how alternative safety assessment methodologies are being adopted and taught across relevant sectors. This work will inform UKRI's strategy for improving training and knowledge transfer in safety assessment practices.
