SCAPE Regional Construction Works and Services Framework Agreement

SCAPE Procure Limited is establishing a multi-party framework agreement to deliver construction works and services across four regions in England. This framework will appoint three suppliers per region (twelve total suppliers) to provide construction and related services. The framework covers: Lot 1 - Midlands East (Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, South Yorkshire); Lot 2 - Midlands West (Staffordshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire); Lot 3 - Home Counties East (Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, London); and Lot 4 - Home Counties West (Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, London). Suppliers must have annual turnover of at least £20 million and will work collaboratively with public sector clients, consultants, and partner organizations. SMEs are encouraged to participate either directly as sole bidders or through supply chains and consortia. The framework has an upper limit of £15 million for call-offs. Performance will be monitored using comprehensive performance indicators. Top five bidders at the pre-qualification stage for each lot will be invited to tender. Successful delivery partners must deliver services in accordance with the framework and associated delivery agreements.
