Brief

Staffordshire County Council has awarded the Alternative Provision Light Touch Framework (IA3354) to provide educational and support services to children and young people of compulsory school age who cannot attend mainstream schools. The Framework runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2034 and is divided into five lots: Full-Time Alternative Provision, Part-Time Alternative Provision, Tutoring, Complementary Provision, and Bespoke Provision for higher level SEND and complex needs. The Council may reopen the Framework in future if capacity increases or emerging needs arise, but reserves the right not to do so.
