Recruitment Agency Services - Preferred Supplier Panel

HPG is building a panel of recruitment agencies to support hiring needs across its organization. We require specialist service providers to supply permanent, fixed-term, and temporary staff across various service areas. As a preferred supplier, you will help us: source candidates efficiently across HPG Group; maintain transparency and compliance while delivering value for money; support quality service delivery to our hiring managers; and promote diversity, inclusion, and social value in recruitment. The initial contract term is 2 years, with potential extensions of up to 3 additional 1-year periods based on satisfactory performance (maximum 5 years total). Suitable agencies should demonstrate expertise in high-volume recruitment, strong candidate quality, commitment to diversity initiatives, and the ability to manage multiple service areas effectively.
