Westminster City Council seeks a supplier to deliver Community Transport services supporting older residents' access to essential activities, shopping, day opportunities and social participation. The service comprises four key components: (1) Group minibus transport via scheduled community routes and ad-hoc bookings for eligible groups; (2) Individual transport through a Community Car Scheme operated by volunteer drivers; (3) A Shopper Service providing scheduled transport to supermarkets and retail locations; and (4) Subsidised transport for designated Westminster groups.
