Flint Lodge Sudbury: Listed Building Repairs and Conservation Works (July 2026)

This opportunity involves a comprehensive schedule of specified repairs to Flint Lodge in Sudbury, Suffolk, a listed building. All works require listed building consent and must be executed using traditional materials and conservation techniques that respect the building's architectural and historic character. Scope of works includes: • Repair and/or replacement of rainwater goods (gutters, downpipes, etc.) • Repair and repointing of external flintwork • Repair and repointing of external brickwork • Replacement of timber external windows to the single-storey range • Repair of the projecting roof canopy area following previous removal All repairs must employ sympathetic detailing and appropriate conservation methods to preserve the property's special architectural and historic interest.
