Sandwich and Catering Products Supply Framework (2026-2030)

TUCO is establishing a closed framework agreement for the supply and distribution of sandwiches and associated food products to UK universities, colleges, and public sector organizations over a 4-year period (2026-2030). This procurement follows an Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. The framework has an estimated total value of £96 million (including VAT) across three lots, with annual spend estimated at £20 million. Suppliers should be capable of providing a comprehensive range of products including sandwiches, rolls, wraps, toasties, paninis, baguettes, sausage rolls, pies, bakery items (muffins, cakes), salads, sushi, fruit and yogurt pots, breakfast products (cereal pots, overnight oats), meal deal offerings (snacks and soft drinks), and catering solutions such as hospitality platters, cater packs, and grab-and-go bags/boxes. Suppliers are encouraged to cover the full product scope for their respective lot.
