Scottish Water is establishing a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for Motor Control Centres (MCCs), Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA), Systems Integration (SI), and related maintenance services. This framework will support Scottish Water's water and wastewater operations across capital delivery, asset renewal, and day-to-day operations. The Framework is divided into three Lots, with multiple suppliers appointed to each: - Lot 1: Integrated MCC, ICA and Systems Integration - Lot 2: Systems Integration and Automation Services - Lot 3: ICA Maintenance, Minor Works and Support Suppliers may apply for one, several, or all Lots. Call-offs will be awarded either by direct award or mini-competition between appointed suppliers, and may include fully integrated solutions, standalone equipment supply, or specialist services. Key Requirements: - All suppliers must maintain relevant certifications, standards, and regulatory compliance throughout the Framework term - MCC assemblies must comply with BS EN IEC 61439 series (Parts 1 and 2) - Suppliers must support Scottish Water's Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations obligations, including OT cyber security controls and personnel assurance - Suppliers must be able to work safely in live operational environments as part of Critical National Infrastructure - Suppliers must be able to undertake relevant Construction, Design and Management (CDM) duty holder roles as applicable Scottish Water seeks collaborative, long-term delivery partners who will engage early in project development, provide design and buildability reviews, offer accurate lead time information, and support standardisation, innovation, and carbon reduction. Timeline: The Framework Agreement is estimated to start April 2027 for an initial 6-year term, with optional extensions of up to three 2-year periods (maximum 12 years, ending March 2039). Extension decisions will be based on supplier performance, value for money, and Scottish Water's business needs. Note: Scottish Water gives no guarantee of the volume or value of work to be called off. The estimated value in the Contract Notice is the maximum anticipated value and is indicative only.
