Yorkshire Water Services is establishing a multi-supplier framework to provide reactive operational support across its operational sites. This framework will deliver essential services during unplanned events, temporary staffing shortfalls, and emergencies. Services include equipment hire, skilled and unskilled labour provision, and fuel supply. The framework aims to ensure operational continuity, enhance site resilience, improve cost visibility and governance of reactive support spending, and create consistent processes across all Yorkshire Water locations. Suppliers selected will provide flexible, on-demand support to maintain service delivery when unexpected situations arise.
