    Brief

This is an open tender for survey services to conduct a comprehensive cross-national study examining how companies use artificial intelligence and its impact on productivity and employment. The contractor will execute a mixed-mode survey (telephone and online) across five European countries: Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden, with a target of 1,000 completed interviews per country (5,000 total). Key deliverables include: survey sampling and register enrichment, questionnaire development and scripting, pilot testing, fieldwork execution, data processing and weighting, quality assurance, and methodological reporting. The survey will generate comparable evidence on AI adoption rates, productivity impacts, wage effects, workplace practices, and overall job quality. This work supports evidence-based policymaking on the economic and social effects of AI in the workplace. Suppliers should have expertise in large-scale international surveys, data collection methods, statistical analysis, and report writing.
