Out of Hours Telephone Answering Service

Broadland and Orwell are seeking a supplier to provide out of hours telephone answering services for both organisations. Based on 2024/25 spending, the estimated annual contract value is approximately £45,000 including VAT, though no minimum volume is guaranteed. Each organisation will maintain a separate individual contract with the selected supplier. Services required include: standard out of hours call answering and response during team meetings, team building events, and other meetings as needed. The councils reserve the right to engage additional suppliers if necessary to meet organisational objectives. This is an opportunity to become the preferred service provider for both local authorities.
