Diamond Building Chiller Units Replacement - Sheffield

This project involves the replacement of 3 chiller units serving the Diamond Building roof infrastructure. System 1 comprises 2 chiller units supporting air handling unit cooling coil systems, while System 2 comprises 1 chiller unit serving floor plate chilled beam systems. Supporting works include: procurement and delivery management of chiller units with cranage coordination; removal and upgrade of associated electrical infrastructure; removal of existing low-voltage cabling; modifications and upgrades to electrical switchgear in ground floor and basement areas; removal and reinstatement of affected internal finishes; and making good, recertification, and reinstatement of fire stopping measures and compartmentation lines impacted by the works. The contracting authority welcomes submissions from small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with selection based on stated procurement criteria.
