This is a call-off contract opportunity under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System to provide employment coaching services at HMP High Down prison. The successful supplier will deliver tailored employment support interventions to help prisoners recognize their strengths, set career goals, and build confidence. Services include employability training, CV writing assistance, disclosure letter preparation, and interview and communication skills development to help individuals successfully transition to employment upon release. The role requires a supplier experienced in working with vulnerable populations and committed to providing practical, supportive guidance that enables prisoners to navigate professional environments with confidence and secure sustainable employment.
