School Aged Immunisation Services Contract - Dorset

NHS England South West is recommissioning School Aged Immunisation (SAI) Services across Dorset Integrated Care Board. This is a single-lot contract to deliver vaccination services to all school-aged children and young people in state schools, independent schools, complex needs schools, alternative settings, and home-educated children through community clinics. Contract Timeline: The incumbent contract ends 31 July 2027. The new contract will commence 1 August 2027 for an initial four-year term with an option to extend for up to three additional years. Financial Details: The block plus variable contract value is £4,574,822.98 for the initial four-year term. The maximum contract value including the full three-year extension is £8,005,940.22. The contract includes a block payment, variable payments for additional activity above the agreed plan (at enhanced tariff for routine immunisations and marginal tariff for seasonal influenza), and an Access & Inequalities Fund for supporting uptake in the 20% most deprived postcodes.
