West Belfast Social Housing Design and Build Competition

Apex Housing is seeking developers to participate in a competitive procurement for the design, build, and delivery of social housing developments in the West Belfast area. Developers must provide the land, design, construct, and complete schemes in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide, Employers Design Brief, and all statutory requirements. Key requirements include: minimum 10 units per site to ensure efficient housing management; mixed tenure developments are acceptable (combining social and affordable standard homes); diverse house types within each development; and approximately 10% of units designed as wheelchair-accessible standard accommodation. The estimated contract value is indicative and will be determined by site location, development capacity, approved housing mix, and the tendered price per unit.
