    Brief

Park View Hospital requires immediate implementation of support services for a small group of young people currently in long-term seclusion. This is an urgent matter, as any delay risks prolonged confinement and potential psychological and physical harm to these vulnerable individuals. The service provider will work alongside hospital staff to facilitate the young people's transition out of seclusion through therapeutic and practical support. This is a temporary engagement lasting until the young people have successfully transitioned out of seclusion and relevant staff have received adequate training to maintain progress. Support services should be person-centered and trauma-informed, addressing both the immediate needs of those in seclusion and contributing to staff capacity building.
