Bulk De-Icing Salt Supply - South West Collaborative Framework 2026/2027

This is a mini competition opportunity to supply bulk de-icing salt meeting BS3247:2011 standards to the South West Collaborative framework for the 2026/2027 period. Suppliers are invited to submit bids for Lot 1, which focuses on the provision of high-quality bulk de-icing salt suitable for winter road maintenance and weather-related operations. The salt must comply with British Standard BS3247:2011 specifications for de-icing materials. This framework agreement will support multiple public sector organizations across the South West region with their de-icing salt requirements for winter operations.
