    Brief

This is a £20 million contract opportunity to supply network services and goods to a major UK bank over 4 years, with optional 2+2+2 year extensions. Up to four suppliers will be engaged, with a minimum of two different suppliers required for services. Services must be delivered across the UK and Ireland. The Bank requires uninterrupted connectivity across all offices and data centres to maintain operations despite physical disruption, cyber threats, or supplier failure. The contract uses a dual-supplier/dual-contract model to ensure each location has redundant, independent connectivity. The services are divided into four separate lots: - Lot 1 & Lot 2: Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity between offices and data centres. Each lot must be awarded to a different supplier (cross-lot restrictions apply). - Lot 3 & Lot 4: High-capacity Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) to data centres and offices. Each lot must be awarded to a different supplier (cross-lot restrictions apply). Minimum two contracts are expected to be awarded by Q3 2027. Suppliers may bid for multiple lots, but cannot win both Lot 1 and 2, or both Lot 3 and 4.
