Interpreting, Translation and Transcription Services Framework Agreement

Scottish Ministers are establishing a multi-lot Framework Agreement for interpreting, translation, and transcription services across the Scottish Public Sector. This framework agreement will serve Framework Public Bodies and consists of four specialized lots: Lot 1: Face to Face Interpreting Services - Comprehensive in-person interpreting between English and a wide range of spoken languages and dialects, and between those languages as needed. Lot 2: Telephone and Video Interpreting Services - Remote interpreting via telephone and video conferencing between English and multiple spoken languages, including scheduled video interpreting services accessible through either the Framework Public Body's or Contractor's video portal. Lot 3: Translation and Transcription Services - Professional translation and transcription of documents, recordings, and electronic media between English and a wide range of languages, including English-to-English transcription services. Lot 4: Sign Language Services - Both face-to-face British and International sign language interpreting and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services to meet current and evolving public sector needs. Suppliers may bid for one or multiple lots. All services must be delivered to high accuracy standards to support the diverse communication needs of Scottish public sector organizations.
