Condition Survey of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust Estate

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a qualified supplier to conduct comprehensive six facet condition surveys across three hospital sites: Nottingham City Hospital, Queen's Medical Centre, and Ropewalk House. The surveys will assess Physical Condition, Functional Stability, Space Utilisation, Quality, Statutory Compliance, and Environmental factors to establish a baseline of risks across the trust's entire estate. The supplier will be responsible for: conducting surveys in accordance with industry standards; collecting and analysing data consistently across all locations; producing detailed asset survey reports and an overarching technical report; categorizing condition and risk for each facet; providing photographs of non-compliant areas; estimating remediation costs; and delivering monthly progress updates to the trust's project team. The survey outcomes will help the trust prioritize budget allocation for critical maintenance needs, support backlog maintenance reporting, and inform the Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC). The supplier must ensure all work is completed within the trust's budget and programme requirements, and manage technical aspects including survey activities, data collection, site access, and relevant permits.
