    Brief

The Tyndall National Institute at University College Cork seeks to procure a fully automated, hands-free Ultra-Narrow linewidth Broadly tuneable Titanium (Ti):Sapphire Continuous Wave Laser system. The laser must deliver a tunable wavelength range of at least 700-940 nanometers without requiring optics changes and provide minimum output power of 0.7 watts at 780 nanometers. The system will serve as an excitation source for the Qlibri closed-loop cavity system to excite nanostructures tuned to resonance. The laser must be compatible with operation at both room temperature and cryogenic temperatures, with accessibility through an optical fiber system. The procurement includes supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and validation of the complete laser system.
