Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisal Review Services Framework Agreement

South Staffordshire District Council (SSDC) is establishing a Framework Agreement to secure consultant services for reviewing Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals (LVIA) submitted with planning applications. The successful consultant(s) will assess LVIA submissions for compliance with national planning policy and guidance standards. This role supports the council's planning process by ensuring development proposals adequately address landscape and visual considerations. The framework will provide ongoing access to qualified expertise for evaluating environmental impact assessments related to land use and development projects. Suitable candidates should have demonstrated experience in landscape assessment, knowledge of current planning regulations, and the ability to provide professional recommendations on LVIA quality and completeness.
