Ireland - Framework for Integrated Design Teams (Architects and Engineers) in South West Counties

Údarás na Gaeltachta is establishing two multi-party framework agreements for integrated design team services in Kerry, Cork, and Waterford. Lot 1 seeks architect-led teams and Lot 2 seeks civil/structural engineer-led teams. Each framework will contract with up to 5 qualified firms to provide comprehensive design services including architecture, engineering, building services, and quantity surveying. Teams will handle projects ranging from feasibility studies and statutory approvals through design, implementation, and project close-out. Project types include extensions, refurbishments, repairs, upgrades, new builds, and infrastructure within Gaeltacht regions. The framework runs for three years with an optional one-year extension. Interested suppliers must form multi-disciplinary consultant teams to bid for either or both lots.
