Electric Radiator Installation Tender for Perton Civic Centre

Perton Parish Council is seeking tenders for the complete design and installation of electric heating radiators at Perton Civic Centre. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of commercial-grade electric radiators with integrated electronic thermostats, programmable timers, and WiFi-enabled controls. Contractors must ensure all radiators comply with IEC and EN standards, include manufacturer warranties, and are suitable for continuous energy-efficient operation. Installation work must include new distribution boards, circuits, containment, cabling, wall-mounting brackets, and electrical connections as required, with final systems level, secure, and defect-free. Successful contractors will be responsible for comprehensive testing, commissioning, safety verification, and submission of technical documentation including manufacturer data sheets, compliance certificates, installation manuals, warranty documents, and as-built drawings with operation and maintenance manuals.
