    Brief

We are seeking suppliers to deliver Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) contracts as part of the Connect to Work North Wales Programme. These contracts will provide employment support services to people with disabilities seeking sustainable local employment opportunities. The SEQF approach is designed primarily to support learning disabled and/or autistic adults, as well as individuals with complex support needs where clinical integration is not required or appropriate. Service delivery typically includes increased contact and support from dedicated Employment Specialists to help participants secure and maintain employment. The Connect to Work service must be delivered equitably across North Wales, ensuring all residents have equal access to the same quality and level of service regardless of location. The programme has successfully demonstrated results through previous Local Supported Employment initiatives. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots. Evaluation will be based 100% on quality criteria. All tender documentation is available in Proactis. For context, see the pre-market engagement notices: JULY527542 and NOV564739.
