Supply of Computer-Aided Facilities Management and Integrated Workplace Management System

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (OHFT) is seeking to procure a modern, scalable, and integrated Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solution. OHFT is a community-based NHS provider delivering physical and mental health services across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Swindon, and Bath Northeast Somerset to multiple NHS facilities. The successful supplier will need to provide a comprehensive system that enables efficient management of facilities operations, maintenance, space utilization, and workplace resources across the Trust's estate. This procurement will include the software system, implementation services, training, and ongoing support to ensure effective deployment and adoption across the organization.
