Brief

Cope Foundation (Horizons) is seeking service providers for two distinct lots supporting The Right to Make: A Creative Access Project. This initiative, in partnership with Cork City Council and funded by Creative Ireland's Creative Health and Wellbeing in the Community 2026-2028 program, aims to empower intellectually disabled adults in Cork City through inclusive arts. Lot 1 requires coordination services to manage project operations and facilitate collaboration between artists and staff. Lot 2 requires administration services to handle project logistics and documentation. The project delivers structured, artist-led creative workshops across multiple art forms at Horizons' Suisha Inclusive Arts locations and community venues. Service providers will support the facilitation of exchange sessions between participating artists, independent creatives, and Horizons staff to build shared understanding and sectoral capacity. The ultimate outputs include co-produced creative work, a publicly accessible co-curated artistic installation, and community-facing events showcasing project outcomes. Suppliers should have experience in project coordination, administrative management, arts programming, or community engagement.
