Conservation Architect for Royal Parks

The Conservation Architect will provide specialized heritage conservation services for the Royal Parks organization. Primary responsibilities include: (1) conducting comprehensive condition surveys of the Royal Parks' listed heritage assets with detailed recommendations for maintenance and remedial works; (2) providing rapid-response conservation advice for urgent or emergency works resulting from damage, vandalism, or other unforeseen issues; and (3) serving as the conservation architect throughout all Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) work stages for a diverse range of projects involving both listed and non-listed heritage assets. This role requires expertise in heritage asset management, conservation principles, architectural surveying, and project delivery across multiple phases. Suppliers should have demonstrated experience with listed building conservation, condition assessment methodologies, and collaborative working with heritage organizations.
