Lincolnshire County Council Highways Framework Contract

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is establishing a Select List Framework Contract to deliver highway works and resurfacing projects across the county. The framework will provide LCC with a panel of experienced contractors to undertake general works and surfacing schemes through competitive tendering of individual Work Orders. The contract is split into three lots to accommodate different project scales and types: Lot 1 (General Works £0-1.5m): Maintenance, junction improvements, drainage, bridge refurbishments, town centre improvements, and traffic signal installations in urban and rural areas. Lot 2 (General Works £1.5-6m): New infrastructure, major infrastructure improvements including roundabouts, access roads, highway widening, dualling, drainage, culverts, bridges, and service coordination on A and B class roads. Lot 3 (Major Highway Resurfacing £0-6m): Full depth construction and surface replacement primarily on Primary Route Network (A and B roads) in rural and urban areas, with various traffic management approaches. Total estimated value: £150,000,000 (excluding VAT) / £180,000,000 (including VAT). Selected contractors must work collaboratively with LCC partners to deliver value-for-money schemes meeting Lincolnshire's needs.
