Swansea Council is seeking a qualified contractor to manage bar and catering services across two premier venues: Brangwyn Hall and Grand Theatre. The successful contractor will deliver high-quality, cost-effective food and beverage services while generating financial returns for both the Council and the business. Key Details: • Venues: Two Council-owned and maintained locations • Service Requirements: Commercial catering and bar operations • Frank's Café: A separate costed element within Brangwyn Hall must be included Tendering Structure (Three Lots Available): • Lot 1: Brangwyn Hall only (including Frank's Café) • Lot 2: Swansea Grand Theatre only • Lot 3: Both venues combined (including Frank's Café at Brangwyn Hall) - Council's preferred option Contractors may bid for one or more lots.
