In-Country Representatives for South Asia

The University of Salford is seeking a qualified Supplier to recruit and manage two In-Country Representatives (ICRs) across South Asia, covering India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. The Supplier will be responsible for providing the complete legal, HR, and financial framework to support the University's operations and brand development in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and onboard experienced ICRs by 3 August 2026 - Support recruitment and marketing activities across all four markets - Ensure ICRs work collaboratively to achieve agreed objectives and recruitment targets - Manage all financial operations including monthly salary payments, local tax compliance, and operational budget monitoring - Provide regular financial reporting and budget oversight - Act as an advisor on local regulatory frameworks and compliance - Operate in line with local legislation and requirements Contract Terms: - Duration: 3+1+1 basis (initial 3 years with two optional 1-year extensions) - Extensions subject to satisfactory performance - Start date: 3 August 2026 The successful Supplier must demonstrate experience in regional recruitment, strong financial management capabilities, knowledge of South Asian employment law, and the infrastructure to support long-term business development in multiple markets.
