GP-Led Urgent Treatment Centre Operations (3 Years + 2-Year Extension)

This opportunity invites GP-managed service providers to operate and manage an Urgent Treatment Centre in partnership with HHFT Emergency Department clinicians. The UTC will operate 12 hours daily, providing treatment for minor illnesses and injuries to patients referred by HHFT staff. The service requires clinical expertise in urgent care, operational management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare setting. The contract is for an initial 3-year term with options to extend for a further 2 years. Successful providers will need to demonstrate experience in urgent care delivery, staff management, and compliance with NHS standards and regulations.
