    Brief

St James's Hospital in Ireland is seeking a supplier for fluorescently labelled probes to support its Fluorescent In Situ Hybridisation (FISH) service in the Histopathology Department. The FISH service has provided hospital and national diagnostic support since 2010, assisting in cancer classification and patient treatment guidance. The supplier must provide a comprehensive range of ready-to-use, IVDR-certified probes optimized for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue specimens. Required probes include break-apart probes (MYC, BCL2, BCL6, MALT1, DUSP22-IRF4, TP63, ALK, ROS1, EWSR1, MAML2, MYB, FGFR2), dual-fusion probes (t(8;14) MYC/IGH, t(14;18) IGH/BCL2, t(11;14) CCDN1/IGH, IgK-cMYC, IgL-cMYC), amplification probes (MDM2/CEN12), loss-gain probes (11q), and DAPI counterstain. The supplier must perform semi-automated assays, ensure reliable and reproducible results, provide long-term serviceability, and offer user training. All probes must comply with the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) for diagnostic use.
