MetroLink M500 Service Delivery Partner – Public Transport Operation and Maintenance Contract

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is procuring a Service Delivery Partner through a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) contract to complete remaining works and operate the MetroLink public transport system for 32 years total (7 years construction, 25 years operation). The estimated cost to the Exchequer is approximately €7.3 billion (NPV). This is a competitive public services procurement under EU Regulation 1370/2007/EC and the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008. The selected Service Delivery Partner will be responsible for completing construction works on the MetroLink project and subsequently managing all operational and maintenance services for the integrated public passenger transport service.
