Property and Business Interruption Insurance Renewal

The City Corporation is seeking to renew its comprehensive insurance policies covering property, business interruption, contract works, and money. The insurance programme protects approximately 700 buildings and structures across corporate, investment, and residential estates with a combined insured value of approximately £23 billion. Coverage includes repair and replacement costs for material damage to buildings, contents, stock, and computer equipment, as well as business interruption losses and consequential financial impacts from insured events. The contract scope encompasses buildings and structures, contents inventories, stock, computers, rental income, and business interruption valuations. Suppliers should have experience managing large-scale, multi-asset insurance programmes with complex coverage requirements and significant risk exposure across diverse property portfolios.
