Social Prescribing and Youth Outreach Services for Children and Young People in Derbyshire

Derbyshire County Council is commissioning two complementary services to support children and young people's mental health and wellbeing across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City). Lot 1 - Social Prescribing: A non-clinical, community-based service that builds self-esteem and confidence by connecting young people to sustainable local activities, groups and community support. Lot 2 - Youth Outreach: Community-based support addressing health, wellbeing, mental health, sexual health, substance use and community safety through brief interventions, resource provision and signposting. Both services provide early, preventative support that complements existing universal and statutory services.
