External Audit Services for Financial Statements

SettleParadigm seeks a qualified external auditor to conduct statutory annual financial audits of the group and its subsidiaries. The contract will commence with the financial year ending 31 March 2027 and run for an initial period of three years, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods (3+1+1 structure). The maximum contract duration extends through the audit for the year ending 31 March 2031 if all extension options are exercised. The selected auditor will deliver services in accordance with current auditing standards and provide audit opinions on the statutory financial statements of the group and all subsidiaries. These statements will be published on the organization's website and submitted to the Regulator of Social Housing, funders, and investors. Prospective suppliers should demonstrate experience in auditing multi-entity organizations within the social housing sector.
