Digital Interactive Map for Witney Town Centre

West Oxfordshire District Council is procuring a digital interactive map solution on behalf of Witney Town Council and the Witney Chamber of Commerce. The map will serve as a curated directory of locations, functioning as a marketing and place-shaping tool to help residents and visitors explore, navigate, and engage with Witney town centre. The solution should enable users to easily discover locations, understand the town layout, and plan visits with confidence. Tenderers should design the solution to support multiple organizations, with particular attention to user-friendly administration, content management capabilities, governance flexibility, staff training, and ongoing technical support. Following implementation, day-to-day management will transition to Witney Town Council and/or the Witney Chamber of Commerce based on final governance arrangements.
