Sanctuary Care, a leading not-for-profit provider operating 108 care homes across England and Scotland, is seeking supplier input through preliminary market engagement for window and gutter cleaning services.
About Sanctuary Care: With over 25 years of experience, Sanctuary Care provides residential, nursing, dementia, palliative and respite care across its network.
Services Required: Suppliers will be expected to deliver:
- External and internal window cleaning (glass, frames, sills, conservatories)
- Planned and reactive gutter cleaning and debris removal
- Downpipe and hopper head cleaning and blockage clearing
- Visual inspections and defect reporting
- Photographic evidence of completed work
This is a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to gather supplier feedback on market capability, geographic coverage, service delivery models, and commercial arrangements. The feedback will inform Sanctuary Care's procurement strategy and contract structure.
