Catering Equipment Preventative Maintenance Services for Irish Government Buildings

The Department of Social Protection is seeking qualified service providers to deliver preventative maintenance and repair services for catering equipment across three locations: Áras Mhic Dhiarmada (Dublin 1), Longford Government Buildings, and Sligo Pensions Services Office. Services include: (1) twice-yearly comprehensive inspections of all catering equipment; (2) preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime; (3) inspection, servicing, and repair of hot water boilers in canteen and kitchenette areas on a twice-yearly basis; and (4) emergency repairs as required. Suppliers should have expertise in commercial catering equipment maintenance, compliance with food safety standards, and the ability to service multiple locations efficiently.
