Brief

D2N2 is a collaborative framework comprising Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Nottingham City Council, and Nottinghamshire County Council. We are seeking OFSTED registered residential care providers to deliver good and outstanding quality, stable, and local placements for approximately 427 looked after children and young people (ages 0-18). This framework builds on a decade of partnership working to address shared challenges, fill provision gaps, and coordinate care delivery across the D2N2 region. Providers will deliver consistent, high-quality residential care that meets the needs of the collective children in care population. This contract is subject to governance approvals within each local council and may be subject to novation or modification under the Procurement Act should Local Government Reorganisation occur.
