Health and Safety Management Software Implementation

The University of Portsmouth is seeking experienced software suppliers for a comprehensive health and safety management solution. This system will modernize current manual processes, enhance risk management, and enable real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making across the university. The solution must serve approximately 3,500 employees and 25,000 students across five faculties, central academic services, and professional services. Key requirements include: universal access for all users to report concerns, log incidents, and submit queries; enhanced access for approximately 500 staff to conduct risk assessments and inspections; and full administrative capabilities for 15 staff members to manage dashboards, generate reports, and conduct audits and incident investigations. The University is currently in the pre-market engagement phase and welcomes supplier input on implementation proposals.
